their study at the Faculty of Law at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah.
This friendship brought them together just as their passion in general and
commercial laws, with a holistic vision of business and investment in
Saudi Arabia.

Company Founders
Muhammad Al- Khayasi
An experienced lawyer in commercial cases and
matters of all kinds, interested in establishing
companies, commercial entities governance and
development, co-founder of Al-Khayasi & Al-
Hatimi | Lawyers & Consultants, a core member
of the Saudi Bar Association, with long
experience in establishing companies, solving
labor problems, drafting commercial and
franchise contracts, and other services that aim
to develop your business with professional legal
expertise.
Muhammad Al-Khayasi assumed many legal
tasks, including pleading before Sharia and administrative courts, arbitration,
providing and drafting civil, commercial, and labor legal consultations, in addition to
drafting contracts in various fields. He founded and supervised the establishment of
several commercial companies.
He obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah,
Saudi Arabia. Then he began his professional career in a well-known local law firm,
achieving exceptional performance and remarkable talent. Then he moved to
another office until he became a partner in a local law firm. He took up his work
after achieving many successes and establishing an office. Mohammed bin Ali Al
Khayasi Lawyers and Consultants then developed his business through a strategic partnership by establishing Al Khayasi and Al Hatmi Lawyers and Consultants
Company.
Ibrahim Al-Hatimi
A Co-founder of Al-Khayasi and Al-Hatimi, a core
member of the Saudi Bar Association, and a
legal advisor to all his clients, whether
establishments or individuals. He provides many
legal services to profit and non-profit entities, in
addition to assuming the tasks of providing legal
services to many foreign diplomatic
representations in Saudi Arabia. Ibrahim Al-
Hatimi is a legal expert in everything related to
managing your wealth, investments, and
financial rights, he is interested in legal
procedures related to inheritances, wills, and issues, especially civil, real estate, and
administrative issues, endowment issues, and issues of dividing and liquidating
estates.
He obtained a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law at King Abdulaziz
University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Ibrahim passed the professional accreditation
program for jurists prepared by the Saudi Bar Association and obtained the
professional certificate “SASL”. He also passed the qualification program for estate
liquidator skills and obtained the professional certificate to be qualified to liquidate
estates and work on issues related to estates and wills.
He started his professional career working in a local law firm and moved between
several local offices. Then he established the office of Ibrahim bin Ali Al Hatimi
Lawyers and Consultants, then developed his business through a strategic
partnership by establishing Al Khayasi and Al Hatimi Lawyers and Consultants.
